Once your online booking is submitted you will receive an email confirming your request. You will NOT be charged until we confirm.
Once availability is confirmed you will be notified via your nominated email address.
If paying by Direct Bank Transfer you will receive a tax invoice via email for payment. If paying by Credit Card your card will be charged automatically.
A payment receipt will be emailed to your nominated email address once payment is received.
In the lead up to your event a dedicated Account Manager will stay in touch regarding event details, client invitations and to help answer any questions.
