Scout Entertainment Terms and Conditions
Scout Entertainment does not accept any liability for unavailability of any events presented and/or despite system showing availability. (E.g. this may happen if a supplier has made an error and has listed inventory available when it’s actually not available)
Scout Entertainment may act as an agent for an Event Provider. Where arrangements are made to transfer tickets to a Client this will be within the legal ticketing terms and conditions of the Event Provider.
Scout Entertainment does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on its website and reserves the right to change the information published on its website at any time.
For any reason if an Event is partly or wholly cancelled no refunds can be made unless the Event Provider agrees to partly or wholly refund Scout Entertainment. Clients may take out insurance coverage through its own broker at the clients cost.
The Client must abide by the terms and conditions of the Event Provider in relation to each Event.
Should the Client wish to increase the number of persons attending the Event it must contact Scout Entertainment at least 2 weeks before the Event. Scout Entertainment cannot guarantee additional persons will be able to be accommodated.
Client hereby indemnifies and holds Scout Entertainment harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, which are incurred by the Client, it’s agents, employees and guests, or for which Scout Entertainment becomes liable as a result of the conduct of the Client, its agents, employees and guests.
Payment Policy
The Client must pay Scout Entertainment in full the amount equal to the Price plus GST and all other amounts payable in respect of the Event in order to secure a booking.
Full payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice/booking date (unless otherwise specified). All payments must be received before the event.
Cancellation’s can be made within 7 days of booking. A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the package purchased is immediately payable by you. Please note, no cancellations will be accepted within 14 days before an event.
